K. Catherine Albano began her law firm in October of 2015. She became licensed to practice law in New York in 1983, and Virginia in 2004. As a divorce and family law attorney, she specializes in custody and visitation, separation agreements, divorce, the collaborative process, mediation and Guardian ad litem cases. She received her B.A. from Wellesley College in 1978, her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1981, and has worked extensively as a certified Mediator since 1994. She is passionately invested in child advocacy and promoting healthy co-parenting relationships.
